Booking in Advance

You may reserve your stay with us up to 6 months in advance. Booking early ensures the best chance of securing your preferred room.

Changes & Cancellations

• Cancel 7 days or more before arrival → Full refund.
• Cancel within 7 days of arrival → 50% charge of the booking amount.
• No-show without cancellation → Full charge applies.

Note: If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit confirms your booking.
• The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile money.

Check-Out Time

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

House Rules & Additional Charges

• Property Damage → A $40 fine (or more) applies for any damage to our property or facilities.
• Visitor Policy → Any guest checking in as a single occupant may only host an opposite-sex visitor after registering them at the hotel reception and paying the applicable fee. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.
